Return Policy

Refunds and returns
If payment for the order is made by credit card, we will request a refund from the financial institution. The maximum time for this process is up to 2 billing cycles after confirmation of cancellation. The exact time depends on the processing speed of the issuing bank and the closing date of the invoice.

If payment is made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the customer, and this account must be in the name of the buyer.

Return Procedure
1. Send an email to xxxx@xxxxx with the following information:
Order number and CPF number on the invoice
Image of the product you wish to return (front view and item label)
A brief description of the reason for the return
2. Access your account on the website and click on the “Exchanges and Returns” option
3. After sending the email with the return request, you will receive the return invoice and the notice or message stating that the product will be collected or requested to be mailed
4. The cost of shipping the first exchange will be covered by Santino, and if other requests are made for the same order, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Please note!
Please pack the product in its original packaging and make sure that the sender and recipient information on the invoice is correct. The packaging must be appropriate for the size of the product to avoid damage. Products that are not returned according to the requirements, that are past the deadline, that are missing accessories or that do not match the invoice will not be accepted and will be returned to the original address.
The product to be returned must be in an unused condition, with the packaging intact and tightly closed, and must be accompanied by the original invoice and all accessories to guarantee the refund.
Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted for return and will automatically be sent back to the original address of the order.
After receiving the returned product, we will perform a physical analysis within 7 business days and, after the analysis, we will begin the refund process.

Returns or exchanges due to product defects
We highly value the quality of our products. If the product purchased is defective within 30 days from the date of purchase, as described in the notes, please follow the return/exchange process.

Situations that do not meet the return/exchange conditions
No defects;
Signs of improper use;
Signs of accidental damage;
