Express Shipping
Santino offers high-quality, safe and punctual services throughout Brazil, through partnerships with shipping companies.

All products will be shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation, according to the shipping method chosen by the customer.

Delivery
Delivery will be made throughout the country through our shipping partners.

If the purchase is paid in installments on a credit card, the shipping cost will also be divided by the number of installments.

To calculate shipping to your city, simply select the product you wish to purchase, enter your zip code on the "Shopping Cart" page and click "Calculate Shipping".

Our products are carefully packed in cardboard boxes for shipping.

After shipping, you will receive the tracking code and the cut-off date to track the delivery during business days.

Important notice: Upon receipt, if the cardboard box is damaged, refuse to accept it and contact us by email: sac@sportli.com.br.

Delivery time:
The delivery time is stated in business days and corresponds to the estimated date set by the partner carrier. In the event of events such as holidays, end-of-year celebrations, changes in the partner carrier's service level, or even strikes, the delivery time may vary.
When you enter the zip code on the shopping cart page, the average delivery time for your region will be displayed. It is worth noting that this delivery date may be changed (earlier or later) due to factors that are not directly related to our level of service.
It is important to mention that the delivery services of partner carriers are quite comprehensive (throughout Brazil) and, in most cases, meet the expected deadline. In the event of problems with delivery (delays, mistakes, loss, theft, etc.), we will quickly take action together with the partners to resolve the situation.
Remember: the order delivery period is counted from the date of issuance of the invoice and will only begin after payment confirmation.
